Lodge & Rates
Spacious and charming, the Cedar Springs Lodge is a converted 100+ year-old dairy barn.
There are 9 Bedrooms, with a 18 beds: 4 Queens, 2 Fulls, and 12 Twins.
The Rose, Sunflower, and Honey Rooms have ensuite bathrooms.
All other rooms share either the upstairs or downstairs main bathroom.
An additional 2 single rolling beds can create a total of 20 beds, if needed.
Camping in our meadows is also a possibility.
In addition to the Living Room, Dinning, and Kitchen common areas, there is a 1,700SF Big Room sanctuary on the first floor that can be used for a variety of gatherings.

RENTAL RATES:
Entire Lodge Rental = $800/night for up to 10 overnight guests, 2-night minimum
Additional overnight guests = $80/night for adults, and for children sleeping in their own bed
Daytime-only visitors = $10/person
Camping guests = $35/person
When events include over 30, portable toilets must be rented to protect the septic system.
All stays incur a $450 cleaning fee, plus state 10.2% taxes (waived for registered non-profits).

We require all guests secure Event Insurance for the duration of their stay. This can be purchased online at www.EventHelper.com for approx. $70 to $105 for standard coverage of a "Meeting," "Seminar," and "Wedding." You'll need to confirm that overnight stays are included.

We welcome all groups that will respect the people and nature of this area.
Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
